You can't truly be at peace or happy until your God is happy with you and you've put your trust in Him. While there is no such term in Islam, I will be using "Mediation" to refer to the practices in Islam that serve the same purposes as contemporary meditation and mindfulness. In today's world, where stress and anxiety are widespread, mindfulness and spiritual reflection are essential. The purpose of mindfulness is to cultivate self-awareness, inner peace, and clarity of thought, all of which can be attained through the teachings of Islam. This book aims to provide women with an easy-to-follow guide on how to incorporate Islamic meditation into their daily routines, taking into account the unique needs and responsibilities of women. This book is a concise read, and it doesn't elaborate on everything. Rather, it leaves many aspects open for the reader to interpret and draw meaning from. As you read through the book, you will encounter words like peace, happiness, kindness, compassion, focus, and spirituality.
